Consultations are held online or by phone call and must be booked in advance.

Once you submit your request, we’ll send over payment details to confirm your session. This payment will be deducted from your final bill if you continue with your booking. It is none refundable payment

  • We style and coordinate a wide range of events - from birthdays, baby showers, weddings, and engagements, to corporate functions, product launches, private dinners and more. If its meaningful to you it matters to us.

  • Yes! You can book us for styling only, full coordination or both. We’ll tailor our services to what you need - whether it’s hands-on planning from the start or help tying everything together on the day.

  • We recommend booking at least 3 - 6 months in advice, especially for peak seasons. However, if your date is coming up soon, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you if we have the availability.

  • We do our best to make beautiful events accessible. We offer a range of styling options and packages to suit different budgets and create bespoke quotes depending on your needs. Transparency and flexibility are important to us.

  • We’ll char about your event, what you envision, what’s important to you, and how we can help bring it all together. It is a relaxed conversation- no pressure, just possibilities.

 FAQs

  • Yes! We have a selection of beautiful items like table decor, backdrops, props, plinths, and themed accessories available. We’ll include these in your quote depending on what your event needs.

  • If you’ve booked coordination or on-the-day support/styling we will be there on the day. We will be on hand to manage timelines, suppliers, set up and smooth transitions. Our goal is to make sure everything runs seamlessly so you can simply enjoy the moment.

  • Absolutely! We work with a trusted network of local suppliers - including florists, bakers, balloon artists, DJs, photographers and more. As part of Masata Events we coordinate with them on your behalf.

  • We understand that plans can shift. Minor changes can usually be accommodated, and we’ll do everything we can do to help- just let us know as soon as possible. Any major adjustments may require a revised quote or timeline.

  • To secure your booking we’ll send you a short contract and request a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 4 - 6 weeks before your event.
